… is the perfect word for how I feel about the photography business and how I fit into it. Mike Colon and Bob Davis put on a great seminar yesterday and I feel rejuvenated and completely amped to push forward and take a more aggressive stance with my business. Visions I have had for a long time are going to become reality.

Thanks for the inspiring works, Mr. Colon 🙂 Here are just a few that really hit home for me….(and got a few extra stars marked next to them in my notebook):

  • “Successful people make a decision and spend their time backing it up while others spend all of their time trying to make a decision”.
  • “If everybody is thinking alike, then no one is thinking”. –George S. Patton
  • “The Definition of ‘Making It’: When my ball is rolling and I don’t have to push it anymore”. –Mike Colon
We, the CT PUG members in attendance, stuck around afterwards and invited Mike and his fellow travelers to join us for dinner in downtown Hartford.  Kenny Kim was able to join us and Amanda Harris and I had the chance to sit down and chat with him about the various facets of the business.  Good times man.
Check out Carla Teneyck’s slideshow of our day.  Shot with the Nikon D3….this thing should come with a drool cup attached.  😉
